Return & Refund
All Sales Final
All sales are final. Once an order has shipped, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be canceled.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
While we package every order with care, on rare occasions breakage can occur in transit. If this happens, email support@mylafi.com with:
- Photos of the outer packaging and the damaged product(s)
- The quantity of items affected
- Your order number
Once we receive your email with the above information, we’ll ship a replacement as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used items
- Personal care products once the seal is broken
- Sale/discounted items
Please note: returns are not accepted for any items once shipped.
